1) DVDs are non refundable. This information represents a huge amount of Research and Development. This is not entertainment. Once this information is out it can be copied and passed along without our knowledge. To protect you we require that everyone is serious with their investment. Remember neither Harvard nor Yale universities will allow you to go through a degree program and then refund your money.

2) Replacement of DVDs Damaged--you must send back the defective DVD to obtain a new DVD.

3) We do not control the Post system and cannot be responsible for the DVDs once sent and within their system. We are and cannot be responsible for loss, delay, extra taxes, duties or customs delays, etc. If you require tracking and insurance--contact us for the exact costs for these services.

4) Our DVDs, E Books, Audio Programs represent proprietary technologies. You agree by purchase to non disclosure of the information.

5) By purchase you agree to authorized for your personal viewing. You also agree not to resale, copy or distribute the material. You also agree not to try to obtain profit by teaching, instructing, or by information sharing these materials. You understand that you are not authorized nor credentialed to teach this material any way shape or form and you cannot introduce it any classes you have or instruct. 6) Seminars, clinics and private training are the best ways to gel the materials that are on DVD, audio and in printed media. Many nuances and even whole sets of technologies are ONLY available by in person training.

7) The teaching challenge is still open. No one has dared to take it in the last 15 years. We feel that this lack of "stepping up to the plate" is another way in which others have shown that Clugston Fighting Systems, Clugston Xtreme Systems, Combat JKD, Comhrac Bas, VDA, CXS, etc are clearly superior.

8) Yes, Christophe Clugston is available for seminars, clinics, private training, Close Protection Work, guide for several countries, interpreting, etc. Earnest Money is required before any dialog is open, however.

9) Using Pay Pal to order you agree to be mature, responsible and above aboard in your dealings. Any attempt at misuse of the system will result in sancations.
